Accessibility & Reasonable Adjustments
We're in this Together
Our Commitment to creating an Accessible environment
We want everyone who joins us to feel welcomed, included and able to achieve their highest potential regardless of their unique abilities, that’s why we are proud to be Disability Confident Committed and a founding member of Neurodiversity in Business.
These are just some of the ways we demonstrate our commitment to ensuring a truly inclusive workplace and a desire to strive for the best in diversity and inclusion standards at MBDA.
Enabling you to be your best
There are various ways that MBDA can support you in navigating your career with us, such as:
The Selection Process
If you have disability, you’re neurodivergent, or have a condition that you believe may affect your performance during our selection process, we’ll be happy to make reasonable adjustments for you.
You’ll have the opportunity to let us know about any adjustments you may need as you complete your application.
For Your First Day
Welcome to MBDA!
As you start your on-boarding journey with us, we will signpost our commitment to ED&I and reasonable accommodations from your first day, such as our Workplace Adjustments Passport and accessible I.T
In the Workplace
Once you have shared your requirements with us we will work with you to make sure you have the adjustments you need to succeed in your role, with the support of your line manager, Client facing HR and Occupational Health teams
Peer Networks
In addition to the formal support available from MBDA as an employer, we also have a range of inclusion and diversity networks led by employee volunteers.
Find out more about these in the videos below or on our Belonging page.
