All graduates at MBDA are required to hold UK Security or BPSS Clearance. To gain this clearance you are required to hold a UK passport and to have resided in the UK for the previous 5 years. If your application to MBDA is successful, we'll need to check your eligibility, which means seeing your birth certificate and/or passport. Security vetting will also be undertaken.

If your application to MBDA is successful, we'll need to check your eligibility, which means seeing your birth certificate and/or passport and educational certificates. Security vetting and medical clearance will also be undertaken. 

We are a European company with customers all over the world. Some of our employees do have the opportunity to spend a short time abroad, although this doesn't happen for everyone.

Some of our external placements on our graduate scheme could be based overseas.
 

Our Dynamic working model has allowed our employees to work more flexibly which helps them balance their individual lifestyle needs while still ensuring the business needs are met. Contracted hours are 37 per week for a fulltime employees, part time hours are agreed with your HR representative.

There is no reason why you can't apply for another role, so long as you can demonstrate that you have the skills to also do another role. Be careful though, applying for lots of different roles that require lots of different skills will only weaken your application overall. Just make sure you log in with the same username and password that you created when you applied the first time around.

Whilst we encourage you to apply for a specific role, we understand there may not always be something suitable open at that time. We have created Talent communities within our jobs search function which allow you to submit your CV and allows our recruiters to match against new vacancies. We would also encourage you to monitor the website, keep an eye out for new roles and check out our “events” page for up and coming careers events.

Due to the nature of our business and security restrictions that are applied, we are unable to sponsor any visa applications. The relevant security clearance must be gained for all roles based in the UK.

You will be assigned a buddy. Your buddy will be your point of contact within your team and can answer any questions you may have from “What is the dress code” to “What day do we get paid”.
