MBDA named in Top 50 Employers of Veterans 2024

We are pleased to share that we have been listed in the prestigious Great British Employers of Veterans Top 50 employers for the UK Armed Forces community.

The Great British Employers of Veterans is the most in-depth benchmark of the top companies employing veterans and other members of the Armed Forces community in the UK. A Judging Panel of 20 successful veterans in business assessed the entries and ranked the top 50 employers.

Ben Rossi, founder of the Great British Employers of Veterans programme, said:

“The top 50 employers listed in this year’s book are really the cream of the crop when it comes to Forces Friendly employers in the UK and they thoroughly deserve this recognition for what they do for the Armed Forces community.”

The 2024 list sees us move up from the top 100 into the top 50 at number 27.

Reacting to the listing, Bill, Business Executive and Chair of MBDA UK's Armed Forces Communitry, said: 

"It’s fantastic to see the recognition of the work conducted across MBDA to ensure those with a connection with the Armed Forces - Veteran, partner or Reservist - feel they are valued, as they make a significant contribution to the company. 

The MBDA Armed Forces Community has been at the forefront of this work. Mentoring, educating and advocating on behalf of those within the business. Along with making the step into civilian employment for those about to leave the Services is as seamless as possible.
