We are very pleased to announce MBDA UK are now featured in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023!
MBDA has been listed as one of the top 10 ‘very big’ (2,000+ employees) employers as part of the paper's '40 most loved' organisations feature. We are very happy that our people have shown that they love working here and we are exceptionally grateful to every employee that took the time to complete the survey.
Scores are derived from a detailed employee opinion survey, requiring a 40% minimum response rate from current employees at individual organisations, which are then benchmarked against results from hundreds of other companies. Further details about how results are calculated can be viewed here.
This achievement is reflective of the efforts we continuously make to ensure MBDA UK is an inclusive and rewarding employer of choice.
