MBDA awarded prestigious Platinum Membership of The 5% Club

We are proud to have achieved Platinum Membership of The 5% Club following their 2024-25 audit.

The 5% Club is a dynamic movement of employers committed to providing opportunities to 'earn and learn' when building and developing their workforce. The Club exists to help its members and all employers increase the number, quality, and range of 'earn & learn' opportunities across the UK.

Platinum members of The 5% Club are employers who have successfully achieved a minimum of Gold Membership status for three consecutive years and, who in their third year, have 10% or more employees in an ‘earning and learning’ role.

At MBDA, our hands-on 'earning and learning' opportunities are available through apprenticeship programmes, graduate schemes and other placement opportunities. Each programme offers industry-leading training and benefits, enabling our employees to thrive in their roles and rapidly excel in their careers.

The Employer Audit rigorously assesses our efforts, future ambitions, and commitment to social mobility, diversity, and inclusion, further strengthening our mission.
