MBDA awarded Gold Membership of The 5% Club

We are pleased to confirm MBDA has been awarded Gold Membership of The 5% Club following their latest audit, as recognition for our commitment to developing our workforce.

The 5% Club is a dynamic movement of employers committed to delivering earn & learn opportunities, as part of building and developing the workforce they need within a socially mobile, prosperous and cohesive nation. The Club exists to help its members and all employers increase further the number, quality and range of earn & learn opportunities across the UK.

By joining The 5% Club, members aspire to achieve 5% of their workforce in earn and learn positions (including apprentices, sponsored students and graduates on formalised training schemes) within five years. MBDA has been recognised with Gold Membership by achieving over 5% of employees in earn and learn positions.

The Employer Audit rigorously assesses our efforts, future ambitions, and commitment to social mobility, diversity, and inclusion.
